The hotel owners refused to honor my online booking. After paying Rs 465, they demanded Rs 600 and the rooms were not worth that price. In Raipur, many partner hotels cancelled my booking with various excuses. I had to stay somewhere else at an overcharge and now I won’t book through Oyo again because the hotel doesn’t accept your booking. Either improve your service or send me a consumer form.
