The place is so beautiful and location. Also the caretaker guys so humble but doesn't understand English. The place is so beautiful and location my problem was the owner, yhuuuu the property doesn't have online payment you pay on your arrival that's what caused drama, communication skills of the owner specifically listening skills is 0%

Everything matched the advertisement, and caretaker Innocent and his wife were the best; we’ll definitely return with our kids next time. The lack of a plug near the headboard and the shared bathroom were a bit off-putting, but we managed.

Nothing positive to mention. The service was bad.

The Brai stand was a highlight, but cleanliness was a problem.

The outside is very nice and well kept. It’s absurd to have the same person do your gardening and also act as the receptionist and housekeeper. We arrived on Friday and there was no electricity; we asked if it was load shedding and they said yes, that it would be back shortly. We asked if they were sure, and they said yes. We paid, but did the electricity come? NO! Did they provide any torches or lights? NO! We were left to stay in the dark with nothing. We asked for a refund and were told no. How do you expect people to pay the full amount and not get a refund when they have to look for better accommodation? We showered with cold water all weekend, stayed in the dark, and no one cared. They only care about money; stop taking bookings if you know people won’t get value for money. Invest in new bath towels that can’t be it.
