The silence was the only positive thing. The stairs were terrible for lugging luggage, and my husband, who has health issues, couldn’t manage them; when we asked for a room change they refused and offered no assistance. The rooms were sweltering, the tiny fan was useless, and the wooden floor creaked underfoot. The bathroom was outside the room with no window, making it unbearably hot. No staff member showed up during our three‑day stay, and phone calls never solved anything. I do not recommend this place; I hated it.
