The spot was great, the flat was tidy with a lovely view, and Luca was friendly and quick to address our concerns. However, the “free toiletries” listed in the amenities were only four individual body wash packs for a two‑night stay with three people; a single regular bottle would have sufficed. Also, the loose rugs near the beds and living area were slippery and risky, so removing or replacing them would improve safety.

The location and the staff’s courtesy were solid. The downside was that they didn’t offer breakfast, even though they have a fully equipped dining room.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. The interior gives a Venetian vibe and the separate space feels homely. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and polite. Perhaps adding an extra tablet in the bathroom and a few hooks on the wall would make it even more practical.
