We were welcomed warmly by the hosts and felt right at home. We stayed two nights. It’s a great base for visiting Assisi and Spoleto. The room, the house, and the pool were all excellent. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh fruit and neat service. In short, highly recommended!

We were there on a wedding trip and the reception was absolutely amazing. I can only recommend it. The owners are friendly and helpful with everything. Lisa prepares fantastic breakfasts. We’re already missing them. We hope to return.

The property is excellent, with modern, clean interiors and a well‑kept exterior (the pool is a lifesaver after a day exploring the surroundings). It’s ideally located, 10 minutes by car from Foligno and 15/20 minutes from Spello and Rasiglia. The owner is welcoming and ready to help with anything! Breakfast is superb and served by the pool. There’s on‑site parking in the avenue. I recommend it and would book again if I returned to the area.
