“Kiepski”
Location was good. The shower water was cold and the microwave inside the kitchen was rusty.
“Small and smelly but it sufficed”
The place was in a mint spot, right next to the main street of the city centre and halfway between the nightlife and the train station. The Wi‑Fi was decent if you’re low on data. The whole facility was run‑down; the main gate was always open and when we checked in the common area’s main door was open too. The room smelled terrible, like a hospice; we left the windows propped open the whole stay but it didn’t help. The bathroom was comically small, like when you sit on the toilet (which wasn’t bolted to the floor and tilted forward) your knees hit the wall in front of you. In general there wasn’t enough space to move in the bathroom without bumping into furniture or walls.

The spot is excellent and the entrance is easy to locate, with clear self‑check‑in instructions. My room was bright, clean and brand‑new, which suited a short stay of a couple of days. However, the bed linens need a total replacement; the sheets showed obvious old stains and the bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress properly, so I ended up sleeping on the mattress itself, which also lacked a mattress cover. We also got too few towels: for four guests there were only three shower towels, one hand towel and no bath‑mat towel. It’s a shame, because with a few tweaks the place would be perfect.
The location was very good for exploring the capital. When I plan my next trip, I will definitely use the bright room.
