The hotel is fancy, the staff are attentive, and the location is just off the main road. It’s safe. I can’t find anything to complain about. The rooms are nice and it’s only a block from the main road, so walking around is safe.

The rooms are clean. There’s noise coming from the Polaris side rooms, and the curtains are a mess – they’re trying to put blinds over the whole room.

The staff are incredible, the design and décor are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Some lights weren’t working and a few lamps were missing bulbs.
