The beach is nice and the location is great, but a lot of people come from the street and leave their towels on the sand, the corridor has poor soundproofing, and the water pressure is weak. At reception, the fee for children's lunches up to 11 years varies – some get half price, others get it for free.

The place is clean, but the ceilings are low throughout the hotel and the elevators can’t handle more than four people at once.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff and facilities are amazing.

The spot is easy to reach from Dubai and the beach is close by. The staff are excellent and the buffet breakfast is top‑class, while the gardens look like a beautiful park. However, a water leak woke us up at 5am in our bathroom.

It’s right in the city center, but the staff assigned to hand out towels at the pool didn’t even greet us, and we could hear noises coming from outside the room.
