“Our stay was ok but I wouldn’t return due to the remote nature of the property.”
The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The hotel felt too remote and far from shops and local restaurants, and there was no restaurant open automatically unless you prepay when booking. Our GPS sent us into a very off‑road spot. The rooms were clean but the bedside lamp didn’t work, the fridge had no water, and there was no kettle. The pool was open to the public, making it noisy with people queuing for drinks or food. A wedding was set up around us by the pool in the evening. Breakfast was limited.
The welcome and staff felt like family.

The room felt comfortable, but we were forced to eat at the hotel’s set‑menu restaurant where two simple pastas cost us €60.00 even though we didn’t want anything else.

The location was great, especially for exploring the Caltanisetta area. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was good for both adults and kids. The pool bar could use a few more lunch options. The sandwiches were nice but the selection was limited if you stay for a few days.
