The service was excellent; the friendly staff prepared a variety of dishes on request. I was served fruit, assorted cold cuts, cakes, pastries, orange juice, and coffee – a perfect breakfast! The room was nice, clean, and quiet, with a very good mattress. The bathroom featured a rain shower that met my expectations. However, the room looked even more exclusive on the website. The location in the Dorsoduro district is outstanding. I couldn't upload photos due to a format issue.

The location is outstanding and peaceful, right on a pleasant side canal of the Canale Grande in Dorsoduro. It’s easily reachable by Vaporetto and on foot. The building is a small, very friendly place with five boutique‑style rooms on the first floor. The reception and service are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are high‑quality and stylish, though not luxuriously equipped. Around the area there are many great spots beyond the typical tourist paths. The head pillows are a bit too firm – but that’s very personal.
