“Não retornaria”

The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was no air conditioning and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The food was very, very bad and needs a lot of quality improvement. Many areas were neglected, especially the children’s play areas.

“Excelente estrutura, atendimento ruim, comida a la carte uma decepção”

gostei da piscina de cascata, das trilhas e decoração do hotel. o tamanho do espaço e estrutura sao muito bons. o quarto com a vista para piscina ficou mais reservado e muito sossegado. os horarios para inicio das refeiçoes sempre atrasados, cafe da manha começava com 30 minutos de atraso, o jantar no sabado começou 1:15 apos combinado de 19h. na sexta feira o pedido a la carte foi uma decepção, pedi lasanha e foi servido lasanha da sadia!! gosto e textura horriveis. as funcionarias ficam conversando nos espaços de atendimento, contando sobre erros de gestao, reclamando sobre plantao, os travesseiros sao baixo, mas pedi mais na recepção e fui atendido. a agua quente do chuveiro tambem nao funcionava. somente com chuveiro eletrico com pouca agua

“Excelente opção, mas o preço não necessariamente justifica”

The service is excellent, I have nothing but praise. It’s very well located. The meals are well prepared and served, and the trails inside the hotel are great. Given the price I paid, I admit I expected a bit more… many hotel areas are in delayed maintenance, the Wi‑Fi is disappointing, and having no air conditioning in the room is a sin, especially since we were facing the forest, and to avoid insects all doors and windows had to stay closed.

“Local para apenas uma diária”

The lodge sits in the mountains and is meant for guests’ rest and peace. Generally it meets that goal. Because it’s surrounded by forest, the setting is quiet and pleasant, though that also depends on other guests since rooms are side by side. During our stay we had no noise problems with neighbors. The restaurant staff’s service needs improvement; they should be more tactful, professional, and friendly. The restaurant operates à la carte with few options for diet‑conscious or low‑calorie diners; most portions are fried, limiting lighter meals. Breakfast lacked variety; the two days we stayed the same breads and cakes were offered, but the cheese bread was tasty. The lodge has two pools: a heated one that was always full so I never used it; and a larger, climate‑controlled one only about 30 cm deep. That second pool is nice for relaxing, but when many kids are there their play disrupts the calm. The shallow depth causes kids to run back and forth, creating a lot of movement and making it hard to stay in the pool peacefully. That was one of the most annoying things during our stay. The suggestion was made at checkout, especially since the lodge itself prohibits play like football in the pool. Overall the experience was positive and the place offers nature contact and a pleasant environment.
