I loved the stay in Monte Verde, at Colline. The chalet is cozy, clean. Breakfast tasty. We chose the chalet with bathtub and fireplace which made the stay special. Service very good, we got all info and top tips. Followed restaurant and tour suggestions and were not disappointed.

The place was spotless and smelled great—everything from the linens to the dishes was clean and organized. The facilities were top‑notch, but the TV was dead for three days, and the hair dryer nearly blew up on me. Other than that, everything else was solid.

Loved the hot tub, but the staff took the deposit before the agreed check‑in date, which was a bit annoying.
