The facilities and service were all satisfactory; there was a terrace or garden in front of the room and throughout the property, which was great for relaxing, and from the counter you could order various foods from afternoon until night; the staff were helpful, even calling guests who missed tours and checking in afterwards; I could request water, coffee, or other items via WhatsApp from the room and they were delivered promptly; the amenities were appropriate for a South American setting and the room was cleaned daily.
