The food was delicious, and everything we needed was supplied; there were plenty of washbasins in the bathroom, which was nice, and we didn't use the room’s bathtub but the separate toilet was good; each floor had a toilet, which was convenient. The inexpensive massage machine felt good, and there was a coin laundry, useful for skiers. However, just before entering the parking lot I saw that the main building’s mesh screens and shoji doors, presumably about to be renovated, were torn, and I almost regretted booking that room. The building shown to us was clean. The room’s toilet door had two holes, likely from someone hitting it with a hinge. When we reported it upon leaving, the hotel staff seemed to have already accepted it, but it would have been better if they had told us beforehand; we don't want to be suspected of having opened it ourselves.
