The room was huge, super comfy, and the bed was amazing. The terrace was a nice bonus. It was a shame there was no room service.

The room was spacious, breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, and the view from the window was wonderful. However, the hotel has three buildings, and we were assigned to the second one, so we missed the beautiful lobby staircase. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly—either it was misaligned or something else, but it just wouldn’t shut.

Keep in mind that Tbilisi’s districts are oddly spread out and there are many old, abandoned, suspicious buildings around, but this hotel stands out positively against that backdrop. From it you get a nice view of the city. Unlike most people in the city, the staff are very friendly and polite. Remember that the hotel has three buildings, so ask in advance which one you’ll be staying in. Within a 10‑15 minute walk there are plenty of interesting places.
