The hotel is very central to the old part of Sintra. There was no air conditioning, and the room was small.
Everything was perfect: cleanliness and a good location.
The outlets didn't work, only one did. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, but the staff were wonderful, helped us a lot, and answered all our questions.

The location was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. My only mistake was not ordering the hair dryer.
I liked how close the center was, and there was street parking available. The room was clean.
