The room and bathroom were in good condition and always clean. The breakfast in the beautiful theater hall was superb. Some of the staff were not very customer‑oriented, and the ladies at breakfast were very terse.

It’s my second stay here, and the hotel in the front building is better; the rooms are larger.

Das Hotel befindet sich nur ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig von Hbf. In der Nähe dieses Hotels findet man Supermärkte, viele Restaurants, Cafes und eine Tram Haltestelle. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut

The breakfast was good and the reception staff were really nice and informative, yet the shower flooded every time I used it, so I had to use towels to manage it and was charged €5 for towel changes. Late at night, people were shouting and slamming doors.
