The view is fantastic and probably the best part of the whole property. The staff tried their best and are kind and helpful. The room is terrible: the mosquito net on the bed wasn’t clean, had dead bugs on it, and was torn in places, defeating its purpose. The restroom is very slippery and absolutely dangerous for older people. I think this place is overpriced and not worth the money paid.

A peaceful spot with a stunning view. Sjaan goes out of his way to make you comfortable. Tuk Tuks line the front for a 5‑minute ride to Ella or a walk, though the return trip is a steep climb. Nearby are tasty restaurants.

Great location next to many eateries and night pop‑up street food, a nice pool and gym, and a secure apartment with a steel cage front door. It was fine for me as a solo traveler, but the living area felt cramped for two people.

This was the hotel I liked most in Sri Lanka! Stunning views, charming staff, and great rooms. The bathroom was just ordinary, but everything else was fine.

The view is incredible, with a balcony that opens straight onto the mountains; I recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise. The staff are accommodating and the breakfast was very good. Nothing else to add!
