The only thing I liked was the location. The booking was already problematic because it advertised a bath, yet my bathroom was actually on the other side of the hallway and that wasn’t mentioned. When I asked the owner why it wasn’t listed, she claimed ignorance. I confronted her about it, and she responded arrogantly, offering a refund without any apology or helpfulness. I tried calling her three times after 8:15 pm that evening to discuss the noise coming from the guesthouse; a staff member was chatting with a 60/60 driver outside my window for about 15 minutes while I was trying to sleep. I left the room in my pajamas to ask them to move the conversation elsewhere, but she didn’t answer my WhatsApp or phone calls. The next day she replied, “this is a guesthouse, not a church.” I was appalled. The real issue is that the rooms are separated by dry walls, so I could hear every word and cough from the neighboring room. Even after I complained, the noise persisted, and I could still hear everything with earplugs. I’m deeply disappointed by the owner’s attitude. I will never recommend this place. The room was clean, but the coffee stain was disgusting, the jars were stained with old coffee and sugar and unwashed, the kettle was empty twice, and there was no way to refill it unless you fetched your bathroom key and filled it in the bathroom basin. The jars were also empty, and the chair in my room had seen better days and needs re‑upholstering.

The location is convenient, close to the shops, but the place is nice and clean.
