Adrian and his team treated us like we were the only guests, making everything effortless; he even spent time personally recommending the best dining spots, scenic driving routes, and parking options. The hotel matched or even surpassed its website appearance, the lounge offered stunning views, breakfast was fantastic, and free parking was conveniently located just outside the front door. Our room was perfect.

The balcony is the only worthwhile feature. The room itself is awful, with a double bed and a tiny bathroom that makes it impossible to wash your hands or do your business; it's only suitable for people under 1.50 meters.

I love the Shard location—so peaceful near the forest, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very friendly and eager to help. The living room and terrace are modern and cozy, though our room had little natural light.
