“Buen precio, buena ubicación, en la atención muchas cosas por mejorar, especialmente el aseo.”

The location was fine and the gentleman at reception was very helpful, but the other ladies were not up to my standards and seemed reluctant to help. The housekeeping was sloppy, the pool was dirty every day, and in the rooms the cleaning was minimal—just three quick sweeps, beds made, and no towel changes even when requested. The floor was slippery and towels were always missing for everyone sharing a room.

Good value for money. The pool was dirty all the time, as if it hadn’t been maintained, and the bathroom was a little unclean.

I liked that the street was quiet and the locals were very friendly. The staff was excellent. The beds were uncomfortable and had a slight urine smell; there were no blankets, the pool was green and unusable, and the photos were from a different time and don’t reflect what the hotel actually looks like in person.

“Traumático”

The location was fine and the comfort was decent, but when we left the hotel we discovered that 300 reais had vanished from our luggage, which was very disappointing.
