Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I’ve stayed here four times, and the central spot keeps pulling me back; the staff’s friendliness is spot‑on, the hotel’s recent makeover feels fresh, the furniture is top‑grade, and the bed is supremely comfy. Everything else was flawless.

Personnel très accueillant. Manque de personnel dans le restaurant. Plus d'1h pour être servi. Bruyant. Simple vitrage le long d'une avenue bruyante

The bed had a protector with lumps that ruined the comfort of my sleep.

The location is good. The room rate was quite high for the facilities and overall experience. Breakfast was average with limited variety. When I arrived, no one was available to help with my luggage except the receptionist, which was disappointing. Overall, the property has potential but doesn’t currently offer value for the price. I’d recommend reviewing the room rates or enhancing the facilities and services to better match guests’ expectations.
