The location is central, the décor is old‑fashioned rather than modern, and the walls are a bit dated. Our balcony room offered a view of part of the street and the pincesor. The bathroom was good and ventilated. The parking spot was somewhat cramped, the coffee was weak, and the breakfast selection was narrow—probably because fewer guests stayed. The mattress was uncomfortable (soft for me), and the safe didn’t work.

The old house is beautifully decorated in a typical Hungarian style, with a lot of love put into the furnishings. The wine cellar doubles as a breakfast room. The courtyard is wonderful, overlooking the vineyards, and it’s a great place to taste and buy wine. Nothing to complain about.
