There was nothing to like in the hotel. Basically it was not a hotel, it was Guest House. There was no staff only one receptionist was available without uniform. No parking, no room service. The room was spotless, and the cleanliness was top-notch. However, the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown - it was either too hot or too cold, and I couldn't seem to find a happy medium.

The rooms were beautiful, but it was clear that the hotel was still a work in progress. The staff were lovely, and the restaurant was nice, but it was a bit of a trek to get there. We were also a bit miffed that they didn't have hot water for our showers, and the TV was still wrapped in plastic. To top it off, they had a problem with their payment system, so we couldn't use our Visa or Mastercard. It was a bit of a disaster, to be honest.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to our stay. They were always happy to help and made us feel at home.
