“Mold cultivation & poison gas”

The place was perfect for growing mold cultures, yet it was the absolute worst experience ever. The window facing the back alley wouldn't close; we switched rooms, but there was no soap at all—had to get it from reception. The non‑smoking claim was a lie; people smoked everywhere, the smell was everywhere, and management just hid it with air fresheners. The second room looked uncleaned for months, with dust, rust, and bugs everywhere. We tried to ignore it and sleep after 2 am, but everyone woke up with dry throats, red eyes, congestion, and we later discovered the air‑con had mold and dust. The room was literally poisoning us. We booked three nights; on the second night we had to do without air‑con, and that made us feel better, confirming our theory. Only on the last night did they offer an "upgrade" after we flooded the hotel with emails and chats requesting a new room or a refund. Management went from ignoring us to a desperate, last‑minute effort, giving us a somewhat normal room that still had no hot water even after their "5 min rule," and we stayed there for less than 24 hours. Honestly, we should have just stayed home. The receptionists deserve a one‑star rating for trying to help.

“Totally unacceptable toilet facilities.”

Nice location. 1. No hot water for shower. 2. Flexible pipe connecting to shower head was leaking badly. So the shower water was very weak (or rather no shower!) with most of the water flowing out of the leak & down the flexible pipe. 3. Hand-held bidet head was missing. Reception informed that's the way it is. Cannot accept such explaination as this is a hotel and not public toilets where most of the bidet heads are missing due to theft
