Getting to the tram stop was easy, and the staff were friendly.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly, and the metro and tram were close by, but the train noise was loud and no water bottles were provided when I asked.

It was close to the tram and the airport, and a shopping centre next door had everything I needed, but there were no snacks or coffee/tea in the entry area or in the evenings.
