The breakfast was excellent, the place was very clean, the towels were great, and even though it was outside the main tourist spots it didn’t bother us at all.

The hygiene was terrible and the breakfast was awful.

We couldn’t sleep because the train noise was too loud every moment, and the room doors kept closing and opening. I didn’t want a refund and had to move to another hotel to rest; the staff were not at all friendly.

The parking was useful, which is essential in Florence, the breakfast was good, the location outside the city center was pleasant, and everything else was fine; thanks for the kindness.
