The staff really make the stay excellent, they’re patient and eager to help; everything is clean and in good condition, but the booking site said breakfast was included and it wasn’t.

I’ve never been disappointed by a hotel in 30 years; everything I paid for was missing, and I left after one night without getting my money back.

The spot was great, but the cleaning fell short.

The location and staff are solid, always friendly and helpful, and the price is cheap—just a clean bed and shower will do. The AC didn’t work, but we chose to stay in the same room anyway.

I stayed at Pearl Hotel from 22 August to 5 September and overall it was a pleasant, comfortable experience. The staff’s kindness stood out, especially the night‑shift receptionist who, though I never caught his name, was genuinely warm and helpful. The tram station is about a 10‑minute walk away, so I could use public transport and see Istanbul like a local. The only inconvenience was the lack of a kettle in the room; bring your own if you want hot water, tea, or coffee. Also, the walk to the tram has some uphill and downhill sections, which can be tiring for older guests or those who dislike hills. Aside from those small points, I had a good stay and appreciated the genuine hospitality.
