“Excellent staff and facilities we will definitely stay again”
The staff were amazing, from front desk Zelal, Sude, Emre, and several other reception members whose names I couldn’t recall. Housekeeping, especially Emine, kept the room spotless and always asked if we needed anything. The restaurant staff were friendly, and breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, offering both Turkish and European dishes. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, with a good-sized shower that had excellent pressure and temperature control, and the hotel’s facilities were great—an indoor pool 1.4 m wide, quiet enough for a single hour dip, and the sauna and gym looked impressive even though we didn’t use them. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable in a lovely room with excellent facilities. We’ll definitely return. The smoking area in the restaurant is a downside; as a non‑smoker, I noticed smoke drifting into other parts of the restaurant and even the reception on a few occasions. Better ventilation or better isolation between smoking and non‑smoking areas would help. Another small issue was that we could only reach our room by lift and not by stairs.
