The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, with excellent bathrooms, a good restaurant, and a prime location. However, there was no sign of the hotel from outside, only a restaurant sign; the steep, narrow staircase was a real challenge with a large suitcase; even when the air‑conditioner was off, it made odd noises at regular intervals; and curtains would have been nice.

The location, bed, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff were good, but the shower head was somewhat calcified and it was a real pain.
