Great location, but the noise from the street kept me up at night. Still, it's a great spot for exploring the city center.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the services were top-notch. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my stay.

I was really impressed with how clean and cozy the room was, and the lobby and staff were all super polite and approachable. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown - it was the same thing every day, and not a buffet.

We ended up extending our stay and the hotel was really accommodating, moving us to a bigger room with plenty of space. The staff were generally helpful, but sometimes struggled with the language barrier, which was a bit surprising given that English is supposed to be widely spoken.
