Everything was pretty acceptable except the food. The meals, for a hotel of this category, needed higher quality, better preparation, a bit more variety, and more staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The AC stayed stuck at 20°, the mattress was not great, and the glass bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.

Location was good. There were no facilities at all, especially the outdoor pool, which was also not good.

Alexandre at reception was great, but another lady was very harsh and clearly lacked training on guest service. The breakfast could have had more options, but it wasn’t bad at all. The swimming pool was great. Rooms could offer a USB charger.
