The room had a great bed, the bathroom was spacious enough and the shower worked well. They managed to accommodate our early check‑in request – it wasn’t a favor, it was paid for. Breakfast was good, though expensive. The booking platform cancelled my reservation four days before arrival, which was not their fault. When I booked the same room again, it was more expensive and breakfast wasn’t included, even though the same breakfast that was part of the previous offer is available to everyone in the hotel. This cost us $198 – $33 per person per day – to have breakfast before the tours. They knew I had bought the earlier package with breakfast and didn’t bother to change it. The room didn’t have a minibar as the listing suggested, limiting our ability to buy items for the room. The internet simply didn’t work at all during our stay, and the reception didn’t fix it. The hotel is 200 m from bus stop 13 if you arrive by transfer. If you have many bags it can be a bit inconvenient, but it was okay.
