I’m grateful to the staff for their generosity; they were friendly, comfortable and quick to serve, especially the receptionist named Ali who was very helpful. Please paint the bathroom doors – the lower parts are worn from water and need repair, and make sure the children’s shower area (I requested two) is clean, as it had an odor.

The front‑desk team was welcoming and excellent, treating us with kindness and respect while readily offering help and services, and the hotel itself was lovely and conveniently close to everything 👍🏻👌🏻 I even saved their number to book again, though the bed was a bit small.

The spot is great, but there was a drainage odor outside the hotel and even in the room sometimes, and road noise seeped into the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and fixed any issue right away, the location is superb in the town center, and breakfast was good. However, there were car noises all night, a nearby flat’s smell seeped through the kitchen window, and the linens felt a bit old and uncomfortable.
