The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the room was seriously lacking in basic amenities - there was no microwave, and the shared one in the kitchen was in a pretty bad state. We had to ask for help just to use it, and the TV wasn't even connected to WiFi. To top it off, we only got one towel between the two of us, and there were no cups or glasses in the room. But, I guess the fact that there were cows nearby was a nice touch?

“Stay away far away from this Guesthouse in the heart of Springs. It's not a Guesthouse”

This place is a complete disaster. It's located in a sketchy part of town, and the moment I walked in, I knew I was in trouble. The room was filthy, with a used condom behind one of the bedside tables - it was like they didn't even care. The toilet had no seat, and the receptionist just handed me a bunch of dirty bedding and said they'd washed it. The owner promised a full refund, but that was a week ago and I still haven't seen a penny.

“Not so bad”

The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the bed was comfy, but unfortunately, the shower was a total disaster. It was basically just a trickle of water, and the whole experience was pretty underwhelming. To make matters worse, the place seemed to be advertising itself as something it's not, which was really frustrating.

“Good for a short stop”

The staff here were really friendly and made a big effort to be welcoming. Unfortunately, the location was a bit of a letdown, and to make matters worse, the toilet didn't even have a seat. It was a pretty basic oversight, and it made our stay feel a bit more hassle than it needed to be.
