The so‑called pousada had no sign at all and nobody showed up to greet me when I arrived, even though I’d paid ahead of time. I was forced to spend the night in a motel across the street, standing in the rain and ringing a bell that no one answered. I’m still waiting for a refund and for the booking site to sort out the mess they caused.

The spot is spot‑on for getting around, but the bed was downright uncomfortable and made it hard to get any rest.
