We loved the location—it’s literally right next to the Iglesias Del Carmen metro station. The staff were fantastic, especially the lady at the omelette station during breakfast, though we can’t remember her name. The coconut water was a nice touch. The building feels comfortable, though the age shows; the carpet is “a bit” worn. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding.

Breakfast was good—nothing else; at night the hallways are noisy, the door stays open every time you go to the washroom, the AC is too loud, there’s no nearby mirror, only two water bottles, and no store nearby for anything you might need.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was excellent, but I didn’t like having to leave so soon.
