The valley view from the balcony was a treat, and the morning sounds of birds made it even better. The room was roomy, with a glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom and blinds for privacy. The hotel offered a table tennis table, pool tables, and decent parking both inside and around the complex. In the evening, loud music played in the common area, but nobody seemed to care until I asked them to stop, after which it quietened down.

Maple Resort in Chail was a delight; the staff were very polite and attentive. The meals were fantastic, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in nature, and I’ll definitely return.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the rooms to the food to the staff. The only thing that caught me off guard was the fact that they don't accept international Visa cards. I had to trek all the way to the local bank to withdraw cash, which was a real hassle. Overseas travelers should definitely be prepared with cash, as their electronic payment system only accepts Indian bank credit cards.
