Overall, we felt comfortable. Our room was new, modern, and pleasantly large, and the abundance of power outlets was very handy. The restaurant staff were very friendly and committed, and you could see they were eager to help guests—sometimes so fast that the used dishes were cleared almost immediately (not meant to sound negative!). The food really tasted good, both the dinner and the small afternoon snack were tasty. However, a few things disappointed us during the stay. For a 4‑star hotel with “all inclusive,” we expected a bit more in some areas. The reception at the front desk was quite cold; we wanted a brief personal introduction to the hotel and its procedures, but instead we were just handed the information brochure. We didn’t receive the guest card until the evening, even though it should have been valid all day. There was no follow‑up about satisfaction or the stay during check‑out. Breakfast had a somewhat small selection—few bread varieties, and we’d liked more variety in sausage, cheese, fruit, and other sides. Dinner was delicious, but the dessert selection was also limited, and items were often already gone when we arrived, with no refill. We were also not entirely happy with the bathroom: the open shower spread water across the room due to the sloped floor, and the shower gel came only in mini bottles (sustainability?). Those were not refilled after the penultimate day. Cleanliness in the room was generally fine, but the floor was probably not vacuumed every day and the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while. In short, we had a nice stay, but it felt like only the basics were done and a 4‑star hotel could offer more. We didn’t use the wellness area or gym, and the bathrobe had to be rented for an extra fee—8 € listed on the website (only visible in the FAQ) and 10 € in the brochure.
