Overall, the staff and housekeeping were friendly and the room was clean, but the hotel manager was very unpleasant. I was denied staying in the same room with my husband because I didn't have a marriage certificate, even though I paid for a double room with breakfast; they told me my partner had to book a separate room and pay alone, which is disgraceful—nothing in the booking mentions this.
