Overall the stay was comfortable, room service was great, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I wish the room were a bit more spacious and the bathroom had more shelves or storage.

I was very disappointed when I couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a physical credit card; the lady did nothing to help, my daughter had nowhere to get ready for prom after her graduation, got turned away, and I feel much more could have been done.

Front desk staff Sarah was very helpful, accommodating and exceptional during check‑in, and every other staff member from the bellman to front desk was approachable and helpful.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the decor and rooms look old and some parts of the room weren’t dusted, leaving noticeable dust layers.

The bed and linens were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, we appreciated the in‑room coffee, and the daily bottled water at the front desk was useful, yet the whole hotel feels dated for the price, and the shower was noisy with weak pressure.
