I managed to check in a bit early, which was perfect, and the breakfast was great. The staff were polite and professional, and the location was ideal for all my favorite restaurants and the gas station—perfect for the bowling tournament. On Day 1 I checked in early, dropped off my luggage, and after a quick walk out the front desk called to confirm the room was okay. It was a one‑bedroom suite; I took a quick look and said yes, then headed to the tournament. When I returned around 9 pm, I sat on the bed and realized it faced the bathroom directly. The ring around the toilet was very visible and nasty, so I took a picture from the bed. The staff said they would leave a note for housekeeping in the morning. I asked for cleaning products, but they told me they were not allowed to go to housekeeping at night to get them. Since the bathroom was unsanitary, I didn’t want to use it until it was cleaned, so I said I’d have to leave the property to buy supplies myself. I spent $12 on cleaning items, returned, and cleaned it myself. I mentioned the issue to the morning staff, who said it was logged in the system and that I should hear from a manager, but that never happened. That was the only major issue with my stay, though it did affect a few points. I’ll definitely check bathrooms more closely next time.

Getting to the spot I needed was easy, but the cleanliness left something to be desired; there was hair on the bathroom floor.

The food was great, varied, and tasty, but the pet fee was almost as high as the room rate.
