It’s a nice, spacious building on several floors with medium‑sized rooms; most rooms in the Philippines have few storage spots. It’s just steps from the city centre and main squares. The staff are special! The building is very pretty, but it should be kept cleaner – there are many cobwebs in the room and bathroom. We arrived at 10.30 and paid an extra 100 pesos for early check‑in.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is situated in the heart of Vigan's town center, close to shops and other attractions. However, my experience was slightly marred by the lack of basic toiletries such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush in my room.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had its fair share of mixed experiences. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly kind and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was basic but perfectly fine for my needs, and I appreciated the fact that drinking water was provided for free.

The location is good. There’s no hot water, the mattresses are too thin so it feels like a hard mattress. The room was very basic, so the price‑quality ratio is bad (P 1819,00 per night). Their profile was hacked because we received emails telling us to confirm our booking via a link to a P2G form, otherwise it would be cancelled. Even though the booking was initially confirmed, the message came from a hacked Pilgerhaus profile, which is confusing and frustrating because there’s nothing we can do about it.
