This place is lovely, with very comfortable rooms. I’m particular about pillows, and the pillows and bed were spot‑on—something you rarely find! Nothing else to complain about.

I’ve stayed here three times, and after the recent renovations the hotel feels even better. I asked for a larger room because I’ve had bigger ones before, but my request was acknowledged and then completely ignored, ending up with a room even smaller than the last time. It was so tiny that my wardrobe barely fit my clothes, and the bathroom looked like it was built for a child. When I went to reception to ask again, they didn’t remember my earlier request and offered no larger room.

The location was great, the staff friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the rooms looked shabby for the price, especially the bathroom which was extremely small and needed a new bathtub and sink. Overall, the room and bathroom felt very outdated and disappointing. The furniture also needs a major update, and there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room. For what we paid, we expected a much higher quality experience.

The location and room size were very comfortable. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a coffee machine, but later we found out we could request one.
