The spot is right where we needed to be, super close to our work site, which was a plus. The real problem was that the listing called it a “pousada,” but what we got was a back‑room in a rundown house that looks like it’s been abandoned for years – no air‑conditioning, a single accordion‑style clothesline shared with strangers, and a yard that was dirty and chaotic. The owner was friendly enough, but after paying for four nights we felt totally misled.

The place was constantly noisy – shouting, things being slammed against walls, and a general racket that made it hard to relax. They promised a parking spot, yet there was no safe place to keep the car, especially with a kid in tow, so we ended up parking on the street. All in all, the chaos outweighed any convenience.
