I really liked how quiet and peaceful the location was. It’s away from busy streets, so there was hardly any traffic noise. It was a nice place to relax. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, especially Kelly, who was always kind and helpful. Nothing in particular. I had a pleasant stay and didn’t experience any major issues

Coco Palm is a delightful gem! If I could, I'd give it a 15/10. From the moment I booked, Kelly reached out with extra details about the stay, offered airport transfer, and gave advice on currency exchange. Her friendliness and helpfulness were the icing on the cake. Traveling solo, I wanted a quiet room with a great view, and my room delivered exactly that: a comfy bed, a balcony overlooking the scenery, and breakfast included in the price. This small family‑owned hotel features a lovely garden and a refreshing, well‑maintained pool. It sits near An Bang beach (10 minutes by bike) but on the other side of the river in a peaceful residential area, combining convenient access to services with a break from tourist noise. The local karaoke bar added a touch of life in the evenings. The hotel provides a bicycle, and Kelly helps book activities. Hoi An’s old town is 5 km away, easily reachable by Grab taxi. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a cozy, tranquil spot—definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer dinner, but that didn’t bother me because there are restaurants and shops nearby.
