I originally booked a smoking room by mistake, but they promptly switched me to a non‑smoking room – thank you for that! The room was clean. The only downside was the breakfast, which offered very few choices and left me a bit let down compared with other Route‑In locations.

Breakfast was good and the room was roomy, but I ended up with a smoking room and the smell was far stronger than I expected, and the limited range of amenities was disappointing.
