The staff here were super friendly and helpful, but the rest of the experience was a letdown. The room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was a bit of a disaster. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong, but it's clear they're not prioritizing the guest experience.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city, so I was close to all the main attractions. The room itself was a bit small, but that was to be expected for the price, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

I was initially hesitant to book this place because the staff member I spoke to seemed a bit skeptical. He told me that they don't usually take bookings because the prices are too low, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to see the room before I left.

Unfortunately, the food was a bit of a letdown - I ordered room service and it took ages to arrive, and when it did, it was just okay.
