“Mi sono riposata e ho apprezzato le acque termali.”

I liked the very varied breakfast and the thermal pools equipped with hydro massage stations, but I was less impressed by the dinner time being at 19.30. When we arrived precisely at 19.31, everyone was already seated and the antipasti buffet was almost empty, with many people having already taken the desserts; in my opinion this should be better regulated. I would improve dinner and regulate the entry of guests who are not staying at the hotel. On 1 November I noticed many non‑hotel guests entered, especially children, which can lead to overcrowding in the pools.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the environment was very well maintained and quiet, the room was spacious, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. The only drawback, which is a matter of taste, was that the mattress was a bit firm and the pillows too soft, making it a bit hard to fall asleep.

We were truly very satisfied with our stay! Everything was perfect: the pools were beautiful and well cared for, the staff always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and delicious products. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable.

We were upgraded at the room level. The thermal spa was very beautiful, and the range of thermal equipment was great. Nothing else.
