The reception was very cold and unsmiling. At night or at the bar I asked for a coffee because I had a headache, and the person who served me deliberately made me wait. At the same time, Ella served other people who came after me. I noticed that they were racist. For my room, I noted that it was for 2 people, but the towels were only for one person.
